I harvested enough basil from Farm Fountain to make a pesto! We ate it two nights in a row. Attached are 2 picture from the event. This pesto is made of fresh basil, garlic, a carrot, olive oil and pepitas. We put scallops on it too, but someday we will be able to use fresh tilapia fish from Farm Fountain. We are still waiting for them to grow up. Now they are only 6 to 8 inches long...
